How do I cancel my order that has not been shipped?
In order to cancel an order you must email chris@xtrperformance.com with your full name, order number, part(s) that you would like to cancel, and a reason for cancellation (so that we can better meet your needs in the future). A small fee may apply to some order cancelations. Any order that is special order cannot be canceled, but not to worry, we post up which ones are special order on the product page. Please note that special orders cannot be canceled. If we can cancel a special order, the fee is between 10%-50% of the original purchase price.

How do I return or exchange a product(s)?
If for any reason you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, you may return the item within 30 days of delivery of your order. The following rules apply:

  • Products must be in original packaging and in a new and resalable condition.
  • Any product that were used or fully/partially installed is non-returnable.
  • Shipping Fees are non-refundable.
  • Original actual cost of shipping will be calculated into the returned amount
  • A 10-50% re-stocking fee will apply to returns that are not caused by manufacture or XTR Performance error unless stated higher by the manufacture.
  • The RMA Number Must be Posted on the returned box (We will provide this to you)

Non-Returnable Items:

  •             Fittings
  •             All piping/clamping components
  •             Promo products i.e. Clothing
  •             All interior Pieces including Seats
  •             If you sent a deposit for an item your deposit is NON-REFUNDABLE
  •             Clutches
  •             Electronics
  •             Turbo Kits
  •             Any Truck Freighted Parts / Any Carbon Fiber items
  •             All Racing Suits, Shoes and related clothing


PayPal/Credit Card Disputes

We strongly recommend that you do not open a PayPal case or start a credit card/debit card dispute without contacting us first. Issues do arise and we are 100% committed to making things right. If you do have an issue please email us directly at chris@xtrperformance.com. If you do happen to open up a PayPal case we reserve the right to hold your order and nothing will be shipped until it is closed. PayPal doesn't follow the same policies that we have so therfore when purchasing on the site or other means you agree to these terms and conditions.
